I just wanted somebody to know how extraordinary your customer service department is. We changed banks and needed to quickly change our charge card machine so it would be available to use and your staff was just outstanding, answering my questions, any concerns I had, especially Jade, who just went the extra mile. Telling me for instance to fax the information twice to make sure they got it which I love because I wouldn’t have though of that and then checking back with me to let me know she got it and just calling me today to reconfirm even thought she had talked to me last night that the account would in fact be either up and running either last night or this morning, called me just to let me know everything was done. I just find that very professional and very wonderful to be able to have somebody do their job well and be able to trust them and count on them to take care of things that I don’t know anything about. I really appreciate that. I also want to say that the other two staff members which I talked to who put messages in the computer when Jade was on another line and they were all very professional.
